I stayed for 4 nights/ 5 days in apartment 2607 with my partner and our 3 daughters from the 4th - 8th October 2025 Location, Location, Location 100% Staff 100% especially Christi (I hope that's correct) and Sari Most negative things i read on reviews, the hotel has addressed and upgraded.... . Cooking utensils etc 100% . Air-conditioning in each room at no extra cost . No deposit was required for remote controls . No deposit was required for stay . Plenty of towels and bed linin . All requests were dealt with promptly The hotel, our apartment and facilities were all clean. The 2/3 swimming pools were spotless. Also, I saw them being cleaned and the water quality being checked while eating breakfast one morning. The pools and small shop/bar were open 10am- 7pm and were manned by a life guard during these hours. Free WiFi in all areas Close to everything you need for a great holiday . Beach . Groceries . Restaurants... recommend Virtus for breakfast and Rhein for Dinner . Cocktails .... recommend Cubanito . Clothes shops .... across the road on the right 🙈 . Souvenirs . bike rentals ... recommend Tramunt Bike Rentals . Water sports on the beach There is free luggage storage available beside reception, which was great as our flight home was not until 10:30 pm. Sari advised that we could use the showers down from reception if we wanted a shower before leaving, and she would give us fresh towels. Which we did. Three of us went to the beach, and the other two went back to the pool. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby, 2 vending machines and games area eg pool table, air hockey.

I had a 2 bed apartment for 8 nights with sea & pool view. Plenty of toilet roll & towels (unlike other bad reviews) & beds were changed once. Happy to empty own kitchen bin as we changed on a daily basis, not waiting on cleaners & no disturbance from cleaners trying to come in & clean. No mad panic on reserving sunbeds as they were always available & also just across the road from the beach.

Clean, large rooms. Great location, ideal for exploring. Staff very kind and welcoming.

The staff are incredibly friendly, we opted for a sea view room and were not disappointed! The rooms are immaculate! To the staff muy simpáticos gracias para todo!

Amazing beach and we visit every year as it reminds me of my own country. Lots of facilities and friendly staff members.
